Made to order: production and delivery

Many costumes in the DressCon catalogue are produced or prepared specifically for each order. Production time and shipping time are two separate stages, and timing can vary by design, size, customization and current production workload.

Before purchasing for a fixed date

If you need a costume for a performance, ceremony, convention, photoshoot or other fixed date, please contact us before ordering. Send the product link, requested size, destination country and event date. DressCon will confirm the current production estimate and whether the delivery window is realistic.

Custom sizing

Custom sizing is available only on selected products and must be agreed in advance. Read the Made to Measure and Measurement Guide before submitting measurements.

Shipping

Shipping begins after production or preparation is complete. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier service. Tracking is provided when available. Customs duties or local import charges, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
