Shipping Policy

DressCon prepares and ships each order with care. Many gowns and costumes are made to order, so production time and shipping transit time are separate stages.

Production time

For gowns and costumes, please allow approximately one month of production before dispatch. The current estimate may vary by design, size, customization and workshop workload. Products that follow a different schedule will state it on the product page.

Orders for a fixed date

If you need an order for a performance, ceremony, convention, photoshoot or other fixed event date, please contact DressCon before ordering. Send the product link, requested size, destination country and event date so that feasibility can be assessed case by case. No shorter production or delivery time is guaranteed unless DressCon confirms it in writing.

Transit after dispatch

The standard transit time communicated for all current markets and parcel sizes is approximately 5–7 days after dispatch. Carrier or customs delays can still occur outside DressCon's control.

Fully insured shipping and tracking

All DressCon shipments are fully insured. Tracking information is provided when the order is dispatched and the carrier makes it available.

Shipping costs

Shipping contributions are shown at checkout according to the destination and the approved shipping setup assigned to the order. DressCon does not promise unapproved surcharges or delivery services outside the options shown at checkout.

International duties and import fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or local import fees. These charges are not included unless expressly stated. Orders to the United States remain DAP where applicable, so any import duties or fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact DressCon through the website chat or contact page within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with the carrier and insurance process.
